All around Bernex you can access many different mountain activities. In the water or in the air, with family or friends, everyone will find something they enjoy!
Experienced paragliders can go solo, and beginners can do a tandem flight with a pilot. Paragliding is the best way to discover the Chablais region from a different viewpoint.
Expect to pay around €120 for a tandem first flight (book at Air Léman: 06 27 01 28 68).
There are three canyons nearby which can be enjoyed with professionals
The Crébin canyon (located in Richebourg near to Abondance),
Perfect for first time canyoning.
Varied and rich with abseils, jumps and slides. Most of the obstacles can be avoided.
Includes a succession of beautiful waterfalls and one that is 30 metres high. This circuit has an incredible panoramic view of the valley. This canyon is particularly vertical with little water.

Between Abondance and La Chapelle d’Abondance, a via ferrata is waiting for you. Have as much fun as you wish with friends or family.

Treetop Adventure Parks
La Beunaz Treetop Adventure Park
Located in SaintPaul-en-Chablais, you will enjoy 7 treetop adventure circuits. Accessible from 2 years old and with permanent lifelines attached for maximum enjoyment in full safety.
There are formulas available including beach access and tree-top adventures.

Léman Forest in Saint Gingolph
2 different areas:
- Children’s area for 2 to 8-year olds, with 4 circuits adapted to their age. They will be securely attached with carabiners to a permanent lifeline.
- Big circuit area with 4 circuits and more than 100 workshops for children over the age of 8 (+1.30m tall) and adults.
For the bravest over the age of 16 get your adrenaline running on the black circuit.
The Léman Forest in Saint Gingolph is open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, until 23rd August, then partially until 3rd November.
